Loved for its distinct tight coils, our tight curl texture is a favorite for individuals with naturally kinky hair that desire heat-free blending. This texture will leave people staring, wondering if you grew it yourself! Our tight curl pattern does require a little more maintenance than our other textures, and may require product for manageability.  We recommend pairing this texture with our tight curl top closures for optimal blending.
 
Ranging from buttery soft and silky, to more textured and coarse, our virgin hair caters to a wide range of ethnicities and hair types for a customizable blending experience. The richness of our hair exceeds industry standards. Each strand is healthy and strong with a fully intact, smooth cuticle layer, that locks in moisture and naturally reflects light beautifully. Each weft is full and thick all the way to the bottom with all cuticles facing the same direction. All Hautelocks Hair Extensions are the natural color of the donor, ranging between color 1b-2, but can be professionally dyed to any color desired. The strength of our hair is unparalleled and can withstand multiple chemical manipulations, with longevity of about 1-3 years with proper use.
 
Each piece of Hautelocks Hair Extensions undergoes a stringent quality control process which includes secondary washing and conditioning, to ensure that every customer receives a beautiful shed free and tangle free product. We believe in providing the best, 100% pure virgin human hair, never blended with synthetic or animal fibers, or coated with silicones for artificial shine.
 
We recommend 3 pieces for a full head and each piece weighs about 100 grams +/- 5 grams.

What is the return policy?

Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn’t the case, let us know and we’ll do our best to make things right. If you receive hair that you do not like, no worries! If the bindings are still attached, send it back for a full refund. If you'd like to exchange for something else, we can send you photos to make sure the replacement is to your liking.

Inspect your hair prior to installation. Please do not install something that you do not like. Once the hair is installed, our hands are tied, and it makes it incredibly difficult for us to help you. Please check our Return Policy for detailed instructions.

Why does my curly hair look short?

Your curly hair is not short! The hair is measured when it is pulled straight. Also, shipping can cause the curl pattern to be compacted. Use a measuring tape and pull the hair to verify hair length.

If I order today, when will it be shipped?

Most orders will ship the same day if ordered before 6p eastern (weekends and federal holidays excluded). We wash every piece before shipping it to you. If it is still drying, it will go out the next day. Orders after 6p will be shipped the next business day.

Do you sell Burmese curly?

We've traveled to Burma, and the women there do not have curly hair. Burmese is a name used by manufacturers to give certain curly hair a more appealing, exotic sounding, origin. It's marketing. If you would like a pattern that resembles "Burmese" Curly, please check out our Soft Curl, or Loose Curl patterns.
How many pieces for a full look?

For a full head we generally recommend two pieces for lengths 12"-16", three pieces for lengths 18"-22", and four pieces for lengths 22" and longer. Our customers use between 2-6 pieces depending on the look they are trying to achieve. As a rule of thumb, remember that the longer the hair, the shorter the weft will be.
